What We Do – For Current Products
Understanding the Market
The first step in the process is to evaluate your product’s potential. We perform an Amazon product market evaluation using advanced analysis software and our in-depth understanding of the marketplace. You’ll receive our complete Market Evaluation Report, including our recommendations regarding your product’s potential success and marketing/sales strategy.
If your product evaluation is positive, we’ll waive the evaluation fee in return for exclusive Amazon distribution rights for one year.
What’s in the Evaluation?
For existing products: We perform a historical sales data analysis to include monthly/quarterly/annually activity, including sales channel and specific seller, pricing history, top competitors in the product category, and recommendations based on the findings.

What are the benefits?
Control of your supply chain
We use the Amazon brand registry’s tools to help protect your brand against counterfeit products and unauthorized sellers, in essence, controlling your supply chain and minimizing brand degradation.
Monitoring of pricing violations
Our software monitors and alerts you automatically when a product’s price goes below the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) or when a new unauthorized seller is listing your products.
Management and optimization of products
By adding us to your Brand Registry account we’ll manage your your listings, including image and search optimization so your products rank organically and maintain compliance with the hosting platform.
Pre-purchase of products
We make bulk monthly/quarterly purchases and distribute strategically throughout Amazon’s network.
Sponsored Ad Campaigns
We’ll manage ad campaigns to ensure your products are being seen by customers. Our in-house ad specialists will provide weekly reports of sales data and conversion metrics so you can make informed decisions on your monthly or quarterly advertising budget within the marketplace.

What We Do – For New Products
Understanding the Market Potential
For new products, we provide an initial market research report comparing sales activity of other products in the same or similar category, providing you with a projection of the sales potential. This analysis includes much of the same detail as our Amazon Product Market Evaluation for existing products, and also includes:

Pricing analysis
We’ll research and recommend a competitive market price that will drive sales while maintaining desired profit
Competitive product research
We’ll compile a comprehensive report of specific similar and/or competing products
Identify sales potential
We’ll use real-time data to analyze the projected sales unit volume potential
Total cost estimates
We provide a detailed estimate of landed cost, to include shipping, warehousing, inspection, processing, etc.
Based on the above results, we would present our recommendations along with a plan of action to include our initial purchase and distribution strategy, along with an advertising campaign strategy.
